Hotel Policies
The primary guest checking in to the resort must be at least 18 years of age.
According to government regulations, a valid Photo ID has to be carried by every person above the age of 18 staying at the hotel.
It is mandatory for guests to present valid photo identification at the time of check-in. Accepted ID proofs are Driving License, Aadhar Card, Voter ID, and Passport. Office ID and PAN Card are not accepted as ID proof.
For any booking changes, guests shall pay applicable cancellation/modification charges. Modified bookings are subject to availability and the revised booking policy of the hotel.
Visitors are not allowed in the guest rooms for safety reasons.
Safety & Hygiene
Shared resources in common areas are properly sanitized.
Property staff is trained on hygiene guidelines.
Payment Related
Credit/debit cards are accepted.
MasterCard and Visa cards are accepted.
Cashless payment is available.
Food Arrangement
Outside food is not allowed on the hotel premises.
